Starting from zero means the first 30 days are entirely discovery. Three campaigns launched simultaneously with different offers: property listings, free appraisals, and a market report lead magnet. Each tested a different entry point into the buyer/seller journey.
By day 45, the property listing campaign was the clear winner — 173 leads at AUD $28.70 CPL. The appraisal campaign was paused. Budget consolidated behind the winner.
Days 60-90: scale and optimise. The Valhalla Leads campaign launched as a retargeting layer for warm audiences. By end of month 3: 246 total leads at AUD $28.93 average CPL, AUD $7k total spend.
