Phase one was a rapid creative audit: which formats, hooks, and CTAs had ever worked, even partially. Phase two was a structured A/B test with a single angle: before/after transformations. Phase three was budget consolidation — taking the fragmented spend and concentrating it behind the proven winner.
Within two weeks we had a clear winner. We scaled the budget behind one campaign with one proven creative direction. Leads compounded weekly as the algorithm optimised with clean, consistent data.
