A mobile car detailing business was running Meta ads without a structured testing framework — spending budget across multiple campaigns with no clear winner. Leads were inconsistent, cost per result was bloated, and the team had no visibility into what creative was actually driving bookings.

The approach

We audited the existing account and identified the core problem: luck-based testing. Running multiple ads simultaneously without a hypothesis meant no learnings compounded. We introduced an iterative split-testing framework — one variable changed at a time, winners scaled, losers cut.

Phase one was a rapid creative audit: which formats, hooks, and CTAs had ever worked, even partially. Phase two was a structured A/B test with a single angle: before/after transformations. Phase three was budget consolidation — taking the fragmented spend and concentrating it behind the proven winner.
