The brief

A new gym bag e-commerce brand launching across the GCC — no existing ad presence, no baseline data, starting from zero. The challenge: build a profitable paid acquisition engine fast, across multiple markets, without burning through budget on guesswork.

The approach

We treated the first 30 days as a structured discovery phase, not a performance phase. Small-budget tests across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Australia identified which markets responded and which creative angles converted.

Day 31–60 was scaling behind winners. The Australia campaign showed strong purchase intent and was scaled aggressively. GCC campaigns were restructured with learnings from phase one — tighter audience targeting, stronger hooks, cleaner landing page alignment.

Day 61–90 focused on optimising average order value and repeat purchase signals. Gross sales hit AUD $554k across the period. 651 orders at an average order value of AUD $83.
