The brief
A GCC luxury accessories brand selling handcrafted phone cases in exotic leathers — Himalayan crocodile, alligator, French goat, ostrich — at AUD $350–$1,130. The product is extraordinary. The previous digital presence was not.
The approach
Luxury e-commerce design: restraint, texture, and precision. The material photography is the hero — large-format, close-crop shots that let the leather speak. Product pages are editorial, not transactional.
Shopify custom theme with regional Gulf shipping logic, Arabic-language support consideration, and a checkout flow tested for MENA payment behaviours. The experience needed to feel as considered as the product.
