The brief
A Bengaluru residential developer wanted a digital presence that matched the ethos of their project: considered, quiet, and premium. Not the loud renders and bold CTAs that dominate Indian real estate marketing — something closer to how a boutique hotel presents itself.
The approach
The design language came first. We referenced high-end editorial publications and hospitality brands rather than real estate competitors. Warm, considered typography. Generous white space. Photography that showed texture and materiality rather than CGI flyovers.
Technically: Next.js with CMS-driven content, optimised for mobile since most Bengaluru buyers research on phone. Page weight kept lean — under 1MB on landing.
